Make sure you ask about our current app and leasing specials as well as our deposit waiver programs.

Pets make life more enjoyable, and we love pets at Spring Lake Cove! We welcome both cats and dogs at our Center Point apartments. There are some breed and weight restrictions, and you’ll need to pay a pet fee and monthly pet rent for each pet you have. We allow up to 2 pets per apartment at Spring Lake. We also have a large, fenced bark park with an agility course for your dogs to enjoy off leash. You’ll also appreciate the pet stations we’ve placed throughout the community to help keep things neat. If you have questions about your specific pets, reach out to the leasing office. We’re always glad to assist!

With plenty of spots available in front of each residential building, we think you’ll find parking a breeze at Spring Lake Cove. We allow residents up to two vehicles per apartment home, and we have spaces for your guests too. We’ll provide you with your parking pass(es) once you’ve signed your lease.
